We had a fantastic stay at Database pros. The house had all the amenities we needed and was spotlessly clean. It was conveniently located, with Cleethorpes seafront and Grimsby town just a short drive away. The heritage center nearby is definitely worth a visit. The garden was secure and had a lovely family table and benches. The host, John, was incredibly hospitable and made sure our stay was comfortable. Exceptional value for money and one of the nicest places we've stayed at.

Surprisingly spacious with a medium, sized garden and patio area. Well, decorated rooms, comfortable beds, and towels provided. Kitchen stocked with refreshments and some tinned food. On, road parking and helpful neighbors.
Could benefit from a handrail on the first few stairs. Unpleasant area with boarded, up houses and drinkers in the street.

The Grimsby-Cleethorpes Sleeps 7 Villa had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property was exceptionally clean and well-equipped, with a modern design and new kitchen and bathroom. We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the house, and the medium-sized garden with patio and BBQ was a nice bonus. The bedrooms were spacious and had comfortable beds, and the towels and toiletries provided were a thoughtful touch. The neighboring play parks were great for the kids, and we were just a short drive away from Cleethorpes beach and amusements. The communication from the helpful landlord was excellent, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The location of the villa was in a quite run-down area, which wasn't the most appealing. Additionally, the requirement of a £100 cleaning deposit by bank transfer to the landlord was a bit concerning, as there was no guarantee of a safe return and no third party to mediate any disputes over the deposit.

Oh, I just adored having the bathroom on the ground floor. Such a delightful inconvenience.
